What a shame they would not consider my draft constitution. That would have got them right out of trouble. I predicted that the EHRC would be back for more blood, and so it has proven.

Solon ended exclusive aristocratic control of the government, substituted a system of control by the wealthy, and introduced a new and more humane law code. He was also a noted poet.
