Let me tell you that since I have started reading the Quran I understand your strategy: If you are not going to be able to beat them (the Muslims) join them. Now, since real world Islamism is not so atractive for some reasons (fanaticism, burkas, acid burnt women, etc.) you should domesticate Islam for its use in Western countries and take the best of it (family values, the banning of usury, miscegenation encouragement, etc.). By doing this you have a population tight and straight, and the Muslims already living in the West (and soon to become a majority) will convert to this reformed Islamic faith. However, I am not so sure about this teological jump you are proposing. I guess that if you want to restore the social fabric, you just have to encourage family values through secular public policies, and punish improductivity. It must be my Communist-Atheist-Nietzschean background.
