Anyone Labour MP who is on any of these three lists must be good eggs really.  The ones whose names are featured in all three are particularly good eggs.

Where is Tom Harris MP?  He is on none of them!

Frank Field should be leader because he has the respect of senior and principled politicians in the Conservative Party to better work with them in a National Government.

Michael White said:

But I am sure Peter Mandelson would be delighted to be Frank Field's right-hand man as well as his hatchet man.   Ask him and see if I am wrong!

http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/blog/2009/jan/22/frank-field-mandelson-clarke-cable  I just know Frank Field would support this idea because it was him who was going on about a National Government way back in 2009.

Now please get on with it, Frank and Mandy!   Once both of you say you are solid on this, you can have your leadership election (which will really be the Coronation of Frank Field).

It has to be so because you have to show the world that you are now mending your ways, so it cannot be any of the Old Guard Liberals (or The Young Ones, as I would call them).

The Young |Ones: Blair, Brown, and the Milibands

Mandy, it is now time to stop spouting your usual Europhiliac propaganda and smell the coffee.  From now on, it's going to be every European nation for itself.

Do a deal with Frank.  Make a joint statement that that is how you see the future and wait for the thing to snowball.
