Kenan Malik has probably been told not to engage with me or consider any of my solutions even if he has an academic duty to do so

If you are keen to review ‘The Quest for a Moral Compass’ (approximately 1,000-1,500 words maximum in length),  then please email our reviews editor with a short explanation of why you are well placed to review the book.

I refer to the invitation to apply to review Malik's book at http://centreformedicalhumanities.org/reviewer-needed-the-quest-for-a-moral-compass-by-kenan-malik/ giving a short explanation of why I am well-placed to review the book.

I have already been described in The Guardian as an "activist philosopher" at http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2013/may/29/hugh-muir-diary-waterboarding-bbc and a "political commentator" by Peter Levy on his show.  http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/claire-khaw-on-peter-levy-show.html

I am also a political blogger and the creator of Secular Koranism.  http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/secular-koranism.html

I already know he is a lefty who cares about where we are heading but feels he has to be careful to say things that will not jeopardise his status as a lefty while probably trying to hint at "right-wing" things such as the necessity for a general belief in God to impose a degree of morality on a degenerate populace.
Will this do?

Regards
Claire Khaw

Can you guess the response I received?
